1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to VORTEX (accessible at vortexstreetwears.com). By browsing our website, registering an account, or placing an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, garment designs, custom typography, photographs, graphics, logos, slogans (including "BUILD BEYOND TRENDS"), brand identifiers, and digital code are the exclusive intellectual property of VORTEX Streetwear Pvt Ltd and are protected under the Intellectual Property Act, No. 36 of 2003 of Sri Lanka. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or imitation is strictly prohibited.
3. Product Sizing, Accuracy & Availability
- We strive to display garment colors, heavyweight fabric textures, and oversized fit specifications as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may occur due to individual device display settings.
- All inventory is subject to availability. In the rare event an item is oversold due to concurrent transactions, our team will notify you immediately to offer an alternative size, exchange, or prompt refund.
4. Pre-Order Drops & Custom Production
Pre-order drops are exclusive, limited-production runs manufactured specifically for confirmed orders. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that manufacturing and fulfillment require a production window of 10 to 14 business days. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production allocations have commenced.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices displayed on the store are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
- Bank Transfer: Orders are confirmed upon verification of the uploaded bank transfer receipt. Fraudulent or altered deposit slips will result in immediate order cancellation and legal reporting.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers agree to have the exact cash amount ready upon delivery rider arrival. Willful refusal of genuine COD deliveries may result in account blacklisting.
- Koko Pay: Financed across 3 monthly interest-free payments. 12% surcharge applies to product value. Delivery fee (LKR 500) must be paid in cash at the door upon arrival.
6. Official Return & Exchange Policy (Multi-Language Agreement)
To ensure fairness and maintain the highest garment hygiene standards, all exchanges are subject to the following binding conditions:
- Delivery Charges: The customer must bear all courier fees (return collection + replacement re-dispatch) for any size or preference exchange.
- Condition: Garments must be strictly UNWASHED, unworn, undamaged, free of stains/perfume, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted via our Exchange Portal within 7 days of delivery.
Sinhala (සිංහල):
භාණ්ඩ හුවමාරු කිරීමේදී (Exchange) Delivery ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් වෙනම දැරිය යුතුය. ඇඳුම් කිසිඳු ලෙසකින් සෝදා (Washed) හෝ හානි කර නොතිබිය යුතු අතර, මුල් Tags සහිතව දින 7ක් ඇතුළත ඉල්ලීම සිදු කළ යුතුය.
Tamil (தமிழ்):
பரிமாற்றத்திற்கான (Exchange) டெலிவரி கட்டணங்களை வாடிக்கையாளரே முழுமையாக ஏற்க வேண்டும். உடைகள் எந்த வகையிலும் துவைக்கப்படவோ (Unwashed) அல்லது சேதமடையவோ கூடாது. அசல் லேபிள்களுடன் 7 நாட்களுக்குள் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, VORTEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
